One of the family

Hi there!
I have had loads of visitors! Lots of lovely people - Janice, Nan and Grandad, Uncle Alan with Auntie Julie and cousin Tom, cousin Matt, Nurse Debbie, Auntie Rainy, Mary and Karen have all been by. I would like to meet some more of you big-faces, warm-arms and snuggle-kisses. Please submit an application to Mummy and Daddy ASAP. ( We mean it, visitors would be welcome - so long as you are not poorly).

I am still going steady on the ventilator and the support is gradually reducing. I can't afford to rush though. From the last update it seems my readership may have been misinformed about the progress I am making. It will be long after Christmas before I make it home.

On the upside, I have been told that someone called Santa comes to Ward 12 and we get presents?!? Also the Salvation Army band come to make mummy cry with their carols.

But we can't worry about that too much. I have a very serious heart condition that won't just go away. It is very important I get lots of care to see me through the winter virus months.

On wednesday, exactly 3 months after I was admitted to PICU, I will be getting a real treat. I am finally allowed to get back on the real milk!!

Mummy took some sly pictures before I had my Naso-Gastric tube replaced.

Mummy also had the pleasure of hearing me cry on Monday. As part of the tracheostomy care I have the tube changed once a week - during the split seconds that there is no tube in situ, air can
pass through my voicebox. Well, you would wail too!

Just one word of warning. If you visit and the camera comes out, you probably will be featured!
Let's hear some visit requests eh?
Love Theo and family x
