My first Halloween!

Happy Halloween!!

Just wanted to model my nice spooky outfits.

Thank you Janice for buying me the special one on the left.

I have been very smiley recently.

As you can see we have been working on different positions for our cuddles! It is so interesting to be able to look around the room and see where people are going to and coming from.

Because my liver is so enlarged and I often get very bloated, tummy time is really a bit uncomfortable. But Mummy has become so confident with all the tubes and monitors that she can fling me about a bit.
The Speech and Language Therapist came by today to talk to Mum about ways to desensitise my mouth. I havent really used my mouth since I came into hospital for anything except when the tube was pushed down my throat. There are so many aspects of my care that require special consideration. Mum and Dad need to give me gentle stimulation around my lips and tongue and let me dictate how much I can handle.

I spent some time in a bouncy chair too! That was really exciting

I am retaining fluid at the moment so I look quite chubby. I still haven't caught up with the weight gain I should have achieved but I am working on it and so is Mummy. (In terms of milk production! Not weight gain for Mummy - far too much of that already!)
If you are wondering why Daddy doesn't often get a picture on here it's because he has to come in the evening after work and very often I am asleep. I miss out until the weekend, on Daddy time. Sacha and Tabby don't often make it in because they get bored so quickly and there are no facilities or play areas for them here.

Finally, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed seeing Nana Gill, Mama and Joy yesterday. Lots of snuggle arms and big faces.
